2. Registration & Payment

• All registrations must be completed through the official Tity Global platform or authorized partners.
• Full payment (if applicable) must be made at the time of registration.
• Registration is confirmed only after payment verification and receipt confirmation.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except for cancellations made by Tity Global.

3. Workshop Details

• Workshop schedules, speakers, and locations are subject to change.
• Participants will be informed of any changes through email or SMS.
• Tity Global Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or reschedule the event in unavoidable circumstances.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow workshop guidelines, maintain discipline, and respect instructors and fellow attendees.
• Any form of misconduct may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings; Tity Global will not be liable for loss or damage.

5. Intellectual Property

• All workshop materials — presentations, videos, documents, and content — are the intellectual property of Tity Global Pvt Ltd.
• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share the content without prior written permission.
• Startup ideas submitted during the workshop remain the property of the participant unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Idea Submission & Funding Support

• Submission of a startup idea does not guarantee selection, funding, or incubation.
• Evaluation is carried out by Tity Global experts based on feasibility and innovation.
• Final selection decisions are made solely by Tity Global.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

• Personal information collected during registration will be used only for workshop communication and future updates from Tity Global.
• Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

8. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• If Tity Global cancels or postpones a session, participants may receive either a rescheduled date or a full refund (if paid), depending on the situation.
• No refunds will be issued if the participant cancels their registration.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Tity Global Pvt Ltd is not responsible for technical issues during online sessions, travel or accommodation costs, or loss of personal items.
• Participation is at the individual’s own risk.

10. Certificates

• Certificates will be issued only to participants who attend the complete workshop session as per Tity Global guidelines.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
