Refund Policy – Startup Workshop Registration

1. No Refund After Registration

All registration fees paid for the Startup Workshop are non-refundable, except in specific situations mentioned below.

2. Refunds for Workshop Cancellation

  • If TITY Global cancels the workshop due to internal reasons, participants will receive:
    • 100% refund, or
    • Option to transfer the registration to the next available workshop.

3. Refunds for Rescheduling

  • If the workshop is rescheduled by TITY Global:
    • Participants may request a full refund, OR
    • Choose to attend the session on the new date.

4. Participant-Initiated Cancellation

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The participant cancels after registration.
  • The participant fails to attend the workshop.
  • The participant faces personal issues, travel problems, internet issues (for online workshops), or time conflicts.

5. Duplicate Payment Refund

  • If a participant makes a duplicate or accidental payment, they may request a refund within 7 days, with valid proof.
  • After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time may vary based on the participant’s bank/payment provider.

7. Non-Transferable Registration

  • Registrations cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval from TITY Global.
  • Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the workshop.

8. Special Cases

Refunds may be granted in exceptional situations such as:

  • Medical emergencies with valid documents
  • Other critical unavoidable situations (subject to management approval)

Approval is at the sole discretion of TITY Global.
