Refund Policy – Startup Workshop Registration

1. No Refund After Registration
All registration fees paid for the Startup Workshop are non-refundable, except in specific situations mentioned below.
2. Refunds for Workshop Cancellation
- If TITY Global cancels the workshop due to internal reasons, participants will receive:
- 100% refund, or
- Option to transfer the registration to the next available workshop.
3. Refunds for Rescheduling
- If the workshop is rescheduled by TITY Global:
- Participants may request a full refund, OR
- Choose to attend the session on the new date.
4. Participant-Initiated Cancellation
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The participant cancels after registration.
- The participant fails to attend the workshop.
- The participant faces personal issues, travel problems, internet issues (for online workshops), or time conflicts.
5. Duplicate Payment Refund
- If a participant makes a duplicate or accidental payment, they may request a refund within 7 days, with valid proof.
- After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.
- Processing time may vary based on the participant’s bank/payment provider.
7. Non-Transferable Registration
- Registrations cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval from TITY Global.
- Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the workshop.
8. Special Cases
Refunds may be granted in exceptional situations such as:
- Medical emergencies with valid documents
- Other critical unavoidable situations (subject to management approval)
Approval is at the sole discretion of TITY Global.
